Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only.
Made to order. Every piece is produced after you order it. Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. Silk and hand-sewn pieces may take longer.
Shipping rates.
• Standard shipping: $8.00
• Free Standard shipping on orders of $100 or more
Delivery times. Once shipped, Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Orders are produced and shipped from Montreal, Canada, so delivery times are estimates and may vary with carrier and customs processing.
Duties and taxes. Prices shown at checkout include what you pay us. We’ll let you know if any additional import charges apply to your order. There are currently substantial tarriffs affecting shipping prices across the globe.
Tracking: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves production.
Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. We aren’t responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but we’ll do our best to help.
