Overview. This website is operated by Cisco Olivo. By visiting ciscoolivo.shop or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Products. All products are made to order. We make every effort to display colors, prints, and details accurately, but screens vary and slight differences between the image and the finished piece are part of printing and hand production. Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change without notice.
Orders and pricing. Prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or production issues — and will refund you in full if we do. Payment is processed securely through Shopify; we don’t store your full card details.
Shipping, returns, and refunds. Shipping and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.
Intellectual property. All artwork, designs, marks, logos, photography, and writing on this site belong to Cisco Olivo and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer any rights in its artwork.
Use of the site. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cisco Olivo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
Third parties. Our products are produced and shipped by trusted partners, and payments are processed by Shopify. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we aren’t responsible for their content.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
Changes. We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page applies to your use of the site.
